Just wanted mention that two weeks back—before I flew to Lisbon—I was in Utrecht working with Oliver Twizt on some big new tracks. I meant to film a bit in the studio to catch the vibe, but we ended up so locked in that it never happened. Anyhow, look for at least on of those tracks to be dropping on Mixpak in the coming months. In the meantime, do yourself a favor and check out his most recent single on Laidback Luke’s label, the smash Gangsterdam.
Laidback Luke & Diplo teamed up on the sure to be massive single “Hey” which is out July 14th on Dim Mak. The release comes with 8 remixes and I happily contributed to the mayhem. I haven’t leaked it to anybody, but the promo is hitting the network. Keep your ears pealed and buy this release.

Just a few tidbits from around the web. The Sizzla T-Shirts are selling out..just a heads up, in case, you end up needing one for the conceptual Youtube genre that is taking shape. See above. Also, in recent DJ mix news, Laidback Luke dropped the Buraka Som Sistema remix of “Gone Too Far” in his mix for KISS FM last Saturday night. Funny thing is I spent last Saturday in the studio working on a remix of a certain upcoming Laidback Luke and Diplo track…hey! Catchdubs and Ayres did a joint promo mix “Just Kickin It…” for their upcoming Australian tour and Catchdubs snuck the Buraka remix in as well. Quality mix through and through.
